I've made a few small updates to this asset pack.

After going on holiday for a month and coming back with fresh eyes. It's very clear to me that many of the variables used to generate "head bob" and "weapon sway" were not names clearly enough.  

I've gone through and given them more clear names and also added descriptions to help communicate more clearly what each one does.

I've also fine tuned some of the defaults so that it looks better out of the box.
